We ship to the countries and regions available in our checkout. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability for your destination.

Shipping rates

Orders under $30.00 USD: $3.99 USD Standard Shipping
Orders of $30.00 USD or more: Free Shipping

The applicable rate is calculated automatically from the eligible cart value shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends, public holidays, promotions, and unusually high order volumes can add processing time.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

United States: approximately 5–8 business days
Canada, United Kingdom, European destinations, Australia, and New Zealand: approximately 7–15 business days
Other destinations: approximately 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, remote-area delivery, local carrier conditions, weather, and peak seasons may cause delays.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the available tracking information. Some tracking numbers begin showing events only after the destination or local carrier completes its first scan.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are specifically shown as collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.

Address changes

Please check your address carefully before placing an order. Contact us within 12 hours if a correction is needed. We will try to help, but an address cannot be changed after the order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched.

Delayed, lost, or missing deliveries

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if a delivered parcel cannot be located, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking and work with the delivery partner where possible.
