How does Build-a-Box pricing work?

Choose the squishies you want and the page automatically applies the fixed total for your selected box size. The current total is shown before you add the box to your cart.

Can I choose more than one of the same design?

Yes. Tap the + button again to increase that product’s quantity, subject to availability and the maximum box size.

Can I change my picks before checkout?

Yes. Use the + and − controls to adjust your selections before adding the completed box to your cart.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to the countries and regions available in checkout. Enter your delivery address to confirm that your destination is supported.

How much is shipping?

Orders under $30.00 USD have a $3.99 USD Standard Shipping fee. Orders of $30.00 USD or more receive Free Shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Orders normally dispatch within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 5–8 business days to the United States, 7–15 business days to Canada, the United Kingdom, European destinations, Australia, and New Zealand, and 10–20 business days to other destinations. Customs or local carrier delays can extend these estimates.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Available tracking information is sent by email after dispatch. It may take a short time for the first carrier scan to appear.

Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?

Some destinations may charge duties, taxes, or handling fees. Unless those charges are specifically collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.

Products and support

How should I care for my squishy?

Squeeze gently, keep it away from sharp objects and excessive heat, and store it clean and dry. Follow any product-specific instructions included with your item.

Are squishies edible?

No. Even food-shaped designs are toys or sensory products and must not be eaten. Keep small parts away from children under 3 and use age-appropriate supervision.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email support@EverySquish.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the item and packaging.

Can I cancel or correct my order?

Contact us within 12 hours. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
